1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and betjam ("betjam", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the betjam website at https://betjam.bio, creating a betjam account, or using any feature or service provided by betjam — including casino games, sports betting, deposits, withdrawals, and promotional offers — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the betjam platform and close your account if one has been registered. betjam reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. 2. Eligibility

betjam reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 years of age will be closed immediately, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one active betjam account. The registration of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, betjam reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any pending balances.

When registering a betjam account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. betjam is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

Account verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) may be required at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other time at betjam's discretion. Verification may require submission of one or more of the following: a government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), a proof of address document issued within the last three months, and evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested by betjam may result in suspension of the account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betjam login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. betjam will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity carried out using your betjam credentials is your sole responsibility.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

betjam accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and selected local bank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. betjam does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, but individual transaction limits may apply depending on the payment provider used.

Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed during operational hours. betjam aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the completion status of any outstanding account verification requirements.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are not permitted. betjam reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account and to close the player account involved.

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever possible. betjam reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if the account has not completed the required KYC verification process.

betjam does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which betjam accepts no responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

betjam may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives to new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus-derived winnings.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all betjam promotions:

• Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash. Only winnings derived from meeting the stated wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated in the promotion. Bonuses and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited without exception.
• betjam reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• A player may only participate in each promotion once, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Multiple accounts used to claim the same promotion will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses claimed and may lead to account closure.

Seasonal promotions — including those timed around BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup events, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh — are subject to the same general conditions above, supplemented by any event-specific terms published at the time of the promotion.

6. Gameplay Rules

betjam offers a range of casino games and sports betting markets. The rules governing individual games — including RTP percentages, paytables, special features, and win limits — are determined by the respective game studios (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe) and are accessible within each game's interface. betjam adopts and applies the rules set by each game studio in full.

For sports betting, all markets are subject to betjam's sports betting rules, which cover settlement procedures, void bets, in-play betting conditions, and the handling of postponed, cancelled, or abandoned events. betjam reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds — and to correct settlement errors.

Technical malfunctions, whether affecting a game, a betting market, or the platform as a whole, void all affected gameplay. betjam is not liable for losses sustained as a result of technical errors, interrupted connections, or system failures. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betjam platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant legal authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or participate in games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in games or the platform for financial gain.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

betjam reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time and without prior notice, at its sole discretion, in particular where betjam suspects or determines that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or poses a financial, regulatory, or reputational risk to betjam.

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, betjam reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach — for example, at the player's own request — any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

9. Responsible Gaming
